American School of Dance - Important Announcements

All dancers intending to participate in the 2006 Spring Show should have submitted a completed Costume Order Form along with payment-in-full for their costumes by Thursday, December 22.

If you have missed this deadline, you may submit your order form and fee through Tuesday, January 10 , but please note you will be charged a $10 late fee for rush processing.

The costume fee is $80 for 2nd-12th graders (2 costumes), $40 for K & 1st graders (1 costume).

Orders received after Jan. 10 may not be able to be accepted. Dancers without costumes cannot dance in the Show. If accepted, orders placed after 1/10/06 will incur an extra $10 shipping charge in addition to the $10 late charge ($20 total extra charge).

Remember that your separate Spring Show participation fee ($50 for 2nd-12th graders and $35 for K-1st graders, which includes a limited edition 2006 Spring Show t-shirt, $20 value) will then be due on Feb. 1 for all performers.

Observation Week & Holiday Parties: Dec. 16-22

Mark your calendars for “Observation Week,” taking place Friday, Dec. 16 - Thursday, Dec. 22. Bring your camera, your camcorder and your smiles to your dancer’s class that week to observe and encourage her progress first-hand. Feel free to wear something festive! We’ll then stop dancing 20 minutes early for a mini-holiday party before class ends. It’s a great opportunity for students, parents and teachers to get together. Please join us!

ASDCO to Perform at Stamford Mall: Mon. Dec. 19

Get some last-minute holiday shopping in at the Stamford Mall on Monday, Dec. 19 while watching the ASD Performance Company dance in the grand atrium! This is a special performance opportunity and the girls would love all the cheers and encouragement they can get. The ASD company will perform at 6:00pm and 6:45pm that evening. Hope to see you there!
