The Process

1. Attend a web conference with your Franchise Representative.

2. Fill out Franchise Application and fax back to your Franchise Representative. (There is a $99 application fee which covers the application processing AND demographic report for your territory. This fee will only be charged if your application is approved. You will not be charged until you have held the FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) 14 calendar days.

3. If application is approved, you will receive the FDD.

4. Fax in demographic request form once you receive the FDD. (You must return the FDD receipt before we can send you the demographic report.)

5. Upon final approval, you will be sent the Franchise Agreement.

6. Review and sign the Franchise Agreement after holding for 7 calendar days.
